What to expect

At Next Up Actors Studio, I believe in providing the highest quality audition service at an affordable price. It's my goal to give you the space to blossom as much as you can by being the best reader for YOU. Now lets talk how the audition taping rolls out !

  1. Please bring 2 copies of the script ! It is easier to read, analysis, make notes and to act as a better eyeline !!

  2. Please make sure you have all the audition guidelines: file size, file name(s), slate instructions, etc

  3. This is a High-End Home studio so it is in a safe gated community with Free Parking anywhere

  4. Please be here 5-10 min early and wait for me to come outside and get you as I may be filming with another client

  5. We’ll read the scene, light the scene accordingly and the timed session will begin as soon as the scene is set !

  6. We’ll go over what you’re getting from the script, start to finish, so that I can follow your lead

  7. We’ll go over and run the lines ( Be off book before the appointment ! )

  8. We’ll go for a take and see how you feel ! ( Let go of the belief that it’s a test- there is no right answer and that’s the beauty of it <3 )

  9. We’ll get the take(s), slate and choose your favorite take(s) and your end is done !

  10. I will edit and color correct according to your stated preferences and you’ll have it within the day via a WeTransfer Link !
